If you have a physical reference, we 3D scan it at up to 0.04 mm with our EinScan HX2 and reverse engineer it into a clean parametric CAD model — capturing dimensions, tolerances, and design intent. From a concept, our engineers model it from scratch in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 with manufacturing in mind: draft angles for injection molding, wall thicknesses for printing, tolerances for assembly.
We then print prototypes in the right technology and material — FDM for functional testing, SLA for smooth, high-detail appearance models, SLS for complex production-grade geometries — and iterate with you until the design is ready for tooling or a production run.
