If you have a physical reference, we 3D scan it at up to 0.04 mm with our EinScan HX2 and reverse engineer it into a clean parametric CAD model — capturing dimensions, tolerances, and design intent. From a concept, our engineers model it from scratch in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 with manufacturing in mind: draft angles for injection molding, wall thicknesses for printing, tolerances for assembly.

We then print prototypes in the right technology and material — FDM for functional testing, SLA for smooth, high-detail appearance models, SLS for complex production-grade geometries — and iterate with you until the design is ready for tooling or a production run. Can you reverse engineer an existing product to improve it?+
Yes, for legitimate purposes — understanding fit, designing compatible parts, improving an existing design, or replacing an obsolete component. We scan the reference, rebuild the CAD, and modify it to your requirements. We sign NDAs and do not reverse engineer products for counterfeiting.
