When a machine breaks and the original manufacturer has discontinued the part, gone out of business, or charges exorbitant prices for a replacement, you don't need to replace the entire machine. We can reverse engineer the broken or worn part and manufacture a replacement.
Our process starts with 3D scanning the original part (even if it's damaged — we can reconstruct missing features in CAD). We then create a manufacturing-ready CAD model and produce the replacement using 3D printing, CNC machining, or casting — depending on the material and application requirements.
This service is used across automotive (classic car parts, engine components), industrial machinery (gears, brackets, housings), consumer goods (appliance parts), and heritage restoration (architectural hardware, decorative elements). If you have the physical part — even broken — we can almost certainly make a replacement.
