Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the IJK Labs website and engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

IJK Labs provides 3D scanning, reverse engineering, 3D printing, mechanical CAD modeling, replacement parts manufacturing, creative 3D art, and custom trophy services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project quotes and agreements.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of inquiry. If project requirements change, the quote may be revised.
  • Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
  • A 50% deposit is typically required to commence work. The balance is due upon delivery.
  • For corporate clients, net-30 payment terms are available on approved credit.

4. Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates based on current workload and project complexity. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control (force majeure, shipping delays, etc.). Rush service is available for an additional charge.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain ownership of all original designs, files, and materials provided to us.
  • CAD models, scan data, and other deliverables created by IJK Labs become the client's property upon full payment.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless an NDA explicitly prohibits it.
  • We do not reverse engineer products for counterfeiting purposes. All RE work must be for legitimate purposes (replacement parts, design improvement, QC, archiving).

6. Quality and Accuracy

We guarantee dimensional accuracy to the tolerances specified in your project quote. If a finished part does not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, we will remake it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from incorrect client-provided data, design errors in client-provided files, or material properties outside our control.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. NDAs are signed as standard for commercial, heritage, and sensitive projects. All project data is stored on encrypted drives and deleted after project delivery unless archiving is requested.

8. Liability

IJK Labs' total liability for any project is limited to the project value (the amount paid for the specific service). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Clients are responsible for verifying that designs and parts are fit for their intended purpose.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Projects may be cancelled before work commences with a full refund of any deposit.
  • Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation point will be billed.
  • Custom-manufactured items (3D-printed parts, trophies) cannot be returned unless they fail to meet agreed specifications.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
